Do I need to send proof of payment via whatsapp or email after a purchase using bank transfer?
No, there is no need to send your proof of payment via Whatsapp or email. However if you do not receive a payment confirmation within 5 minutes of your purchase please contact us with your proof of payment and we will check on your order.
I can’t see a BCA option for bank transfer?
Please select the Other Banks option at the bottom of the page and select MBANKING for BCA transfers.
Can I order through Whatsapp or email?
Yes you can! However our customer service operators can only assist you during our operational hours from 10am to 6pm Monday – Friday and 10am -3pm on Saturday.
Can you ship overseas?
Yes we can! Check our Shipping Policy for further information and contact us on Whatsapp or email us for further assistance.
Which area in Indonesia do you deliver items from?
We ship all items from Jakarta, Indonesia.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on your delivery location all orders should arrive between 2-3 working days via REG shipping by JNE Shipping Company. Please check our Shipping Policy for further information. If you would like to request faster shipping methods please contact us on Whatsapp or email.
Does my order have a tracking number?

Can I refund or exchange my order?
We only offer refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged due to defects found on the item within the first 7 days of purchase and that are not inflicted by the customer. All sales are final. Please check out our Return Policy for further information.
Can my new purchase tarnish?
All Sula Studio pieces are 18k Gold Plated. However our base materials vary from Silver, Stainless Steel, Copper and Brass. We advise that all items purchased should not be in any contact with water and chemicals in order to maintain its original condition. For further information check out our Care Guide.
I have allergies to certain metals will this happen if I wear Sula Studio pieces?
All Sula Studio pieces are plated with 18k Gold. However our base material, depending on the item can vary between Silver, Stainless Steel, Brass and Copper. If you are allergic to any of these metals we advise not to wear. For further information on certain products please Whatsapp us.
Is my personal information safe?
All information shared with Sula Studio via the website is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. In order to process credit-card orders online we require additional information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit-card number and credit-card expiration date. Sula Studio will only use your billing and credit-card information to process your order and inform you of its delivery.
